First step: Preliminary selection by selectXcess
– Free of charge for you –

If you require specialists from Germany, please complete our questionnaire and send it to our office in Dublin by post, fax or e-mail.

Once we have received the questionnaire, we will get in touch with you personally. We can discuss the details of the vacant position by telephone or during a meeting in your offices. After all, the more we know about the actual working requirements, the more precise we can be in selecting the right applicant.

» We will then conclude with you a preliminary contract with a blocking period provision in order to protect selectXcess against unfair poaching. We are certain you understand this need. This preliminary contract will also regulate all terms between your firm and selectXcess.

After the discussions are over and the preliminary contract has been signed, we publish your classified job ads under our own name in leading German newspapers and industry journals.

At the same time, we draw on our strong personal ties to universities, polytechnic colleges, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and important specialist associations in Central Germany.

Once we have received and reviewed the applications, we will pay for and carry out an intensive assessment with the most suitable applicants in cooperation with the retraining academy devacto in Germany.

We review the qualifications and, in the English language, test social competencies such as teamwork, assertiveness and durability.

As a next step, we will give you a detailed CV, personality profile, and a DVD with a short video introducing the applicant so that you can gain an impression from written documents, the film appearance and the linguistic skills displayed.

»We will discuss all contractual details with you well in advance and will treat them with absolute confidentiality. Our name is your guarantee.

» The period between the conclusion of the preliminary contract, the publication of classified job ads, review, assessment and selection of applicants in Germany lasts between 6 and 8 weeks approximately.

You have accepted no obligations up to this point; accordingly, we provide all services until now free of charge and on our own risk.
